I look after the invoices, maintaining databases and support the Sales Manager with making sales calls and finding good leads. I also handle bookings, this involves filling out a report card for each client and sending them a booking confirmation to let them know we have received and processed their booking
I have learnt how to make sale calls and how to collect debt in the correct way. I have also become more confident in my general self and this allows me to take phone calls on a daily and speak clearly with colleagues
I have a lot of support from my employer, I get given good time to complete college work and given full support from management team that can help me complete my college work
I only have a workshop and a progress review once a month, but my skills coach can be reached directly and is good support
Yes
I think they are a great company to work for, everyone is really helpful with getting through the role, and we are all of similar age so it is easy to fit in and share the same interests so can bond really well. The work is fun and I enjoy it a lot
