  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Managing a team of 24 field based patrols to achieve various performance related KPI'S, also covering absence management and training and coaching and general day to day management of the team. Split over the month into 50% management role and the other half on the road covering breakdowns and suppling excellent levels of service to our members.

  • Initially really rocky start, poor levels of support from the tutor. This has now hopefully been addressed and should improve moving forward.

  • What we have covered has really help, especially in a 121 situation were i can apply the techniques i have learnt.

  • Great company, excellent rates of pay and job satisfaction with opportunity's to progress..


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?
  • working for the AA , you will expected to deliver exceptional levels of customer service in varying situations, you will need to be a good communicator and be able to work under pressure. integrity and honesty are key as you will representing the brand every second of the day.
