    • yeah, more confidence, better at my time management aswell as my idependence

    • the colleagues and how supportive and family like everyone is

    • it is stucutred but your allowed to negotiate if you feel like something different should be done

    • loads i can tell them anything and they will help

    • it has improved, we got alot more communication now that has helped but they do diffrerent things compared to my actual exam

    • because they really value and look after there staff

    • be yourself as well as on your CV , you dont need to know about pensions
