  • Providing administrative services to pension companies, updating member records, providing quotes and figures, communicating with members and clients. Calculations of retirement, transfer and death figures

  • I have built more professional skills and built my confidence in speaking to people I work with and members on the phone. I have also improved my time managing and organising skills

  • It has been very informative and have enjoyed it as I have received generous support from my colleagues

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Fairly structured, began working on simple member tasks and eventually was trained on manual calculations and non-client related tasks. this is split over the 18 month period of the apprenticeship and the training provided has been at the right stages in my career.

  • A lot of support. My team has been a great help

  • I have received some support but not loads, the main support i receive is from my team. The support i do receive from the training provider is on a wider scale

  • It has been helpful in my understanding and knowledge of pensions and the company.

  • There are numerous social activities which many people in the company are involved in which has improved our team and wider relationships

  • Good working environment and support. They focus on developing careers and providing the training and support if needed.

  • Be confident and its okay to not know much, apprenticeships are about learning
