  • I have learnt new skills relating to pensions admin, like being able to answer the phone, and the job role has further enhanced my confidence and teamwork skills

  • I enjoy it a lot, as every day there is something different to do

  • It is well structured, as they give us training on new tasks as and when the time is right

  • I receive very good support from everyone on the team, which makes everything a lot easier and gives me peace of mind

  • Typically, they leave us to study for the exams by ourselves, but if we have any questions about the exam material, they are happy to explain some terminology

  • I wouldn't be able to do my job properly without the support from the team
