  • My job role involves receiving and making calls to both new and existing customers to help their business grow and develop with the services we can provide them.

  • I have thoroughly enjoyed this course which has helped me to develop and grow in confidence not only in my job but also in day to day life.

  • I have enjoyed working as a team and sharing experiences of our different jobs and how they can help with shared knowledge in to our own jobs.

  • I really felt that the structure was well thought out and allowed us to think about what we do and what we need to do in order to develop our skills.

  • I did get some support from my employer when I asked for it, how ever in the main it was more the apprenticeship trainer and the trainees doing the same course

  • My trainer was extremely helpful in all the support given over the course of the apprenticeship

  • It has given me the chance to develop my self to grow in confidence and allow me to look at the bigger picture and not just what I do in my role.

  • BT has been a good company to work for over the 25 plus years I've worked for them.

  • Just be yourself be honest and as long as you have the qualifications to do the job and sell you're quality's BT will always be fair
