  • I like the independent learning aspect of it and also the comradery with my cohort when it comes to additional support. Their Hub is beneficial in keeping me structured.

  • I am able to ustilise my 20% otjt as the requirement and my manager is very supportive and prompts me with additional opportunities to enhance knowledge

  • A lot of support with additional webinars

  • I've learned more coaching theory to assist with neurodivergence in the business, to support and be the best version of my coaching self.
