  • I really enjoy my programme, I feel I am supported by work and university too. I see how it will benefit my in the future but it is a long course so dedication is required.

  • There is a clear goal that is being worked towards

  • There is almost an infinite amount of support from my employer with assistance from all that I have worked with. If I need something then I know that I will have the support required.

  • Support is provided predominantly through lectures and training.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that I gain more benefit from work for the university course but the course does provide more background knowledge to what I have learned.

  • There is an entire social team that organises activities, makes everyone aware of teams and other events too within the company.
