  • I've learnt how to communicate effectively in different environments, as well as how to use a variety of software

  • I enjoy the work aspect a lot more than the college aspect as the classroom environment is very bland and some tutors aren't as effective in teaching.

  • It is not the most well organised when it comes to the college side as they have allowed for large gaps of knowledge which are essential for exams

  • I am always offered help and have the ability to ask anyone in the office for advice on different subjects if required.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The college does not give much assistance if it is not a college day, however some teachers are helpful when in college.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It doesn't have many things that crossover as we have only really learnt the basics of most subjects.

  • The office often hosts different activities to do after work such as watching the rugby or just going for drinks, every year the company also hosts a sports day.

  • Yes

  • If they were interested in civil engineering I believe Motts is a great place to work.
