My employer has been always supportive specially ward manager/my mentor. At the very beginning i felt not supported and concerned about getting support. However once i highlighted my worries i have been reassured and getting support. Since our employer can utilize us as healthcare assistant sometimes it can be challenging for us to get time for new learning. However, i have been proactive learner. I have been given supernumerary shift and i make sure I utilize time very well.
