I support with both internal and external communications, with a large focus on social media.
I have learnt several new skills including: writing articles, social media, using a CMS and producing non-written content.
I really enjoyed all of my programme. It was so interactive and supportive, I really have learnt so much from it.
It was very well structured, with regular catch-ups with both coaches. I felt supported throughout the whole process.
I received so much support from my employer. They ensured my 20% of the job training was protected every week.
I received lots of support from my training provider and they supported me with my ASD too.
I have learnt all the necessary knowledge, skills and behaviours that I need to use in my role and I have been able to practice these and refine them.
There are lots to be involved in, including several staff networks.
