My job role entails sending urgent scans, administrative tasks with the outcomes of MDT meetings, answering queries on our phones and general mail box, allocating certain registrar's/consultants scans to report etc.
I have learned new skills with regards to influencing and decision making and I have developed on my communication and teamwork skills.
I enjoy the programme because I enjoy that I can learn new things to take on board in my job role. I also enjoy the social aspect of working with different people around the hospital.
It is very well organised.
I receive lots of support from my manager. She is supportive of my goals and allows adequate study time.
Training providers support me 100% and are always available if I need any extra support.
I feel it has helped me take skills I've learned and expand them in my role. I also think it helped me get a new job within the NHS.
