I am quite new into my apprenticeship, however i had learnt about evidence based practice and developed my analytical skills as well as understanding management theories. My experience with the training provider has been mixed, however my employer has been very supportive.
Enjoy challenging myself to learn new things, however its a lot of self direct study and due to lots of changes with assessors i do not feel i;m getting much support from the provider
I have had 3 changes to my assessor since starting in August 2023.
Fantastic support from my employer
