  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • i do quite enjoy the program - it allows me to learn and earn money whilst developing my skills towards something i’m interested in doing in the future. it helps me grow myself but my only issue is the strict time structure as it meant i had to push myself further than before but this led to improved discipline.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • i feel it could’ve been organised a bit better to my managers as non of the managers were fully aware of what i would need to do - this meant there was some confusion but we have managed to sort it all out and we just focus on communication deadlines and working as best as possible.
