At the moment, I have been working on the shop floor and managing the team and I can work all roles now. I have now started my management training which involves only managers which gives me more responsibility.
I have developed my skills since starting my apprenticeship however the training the store is providing is slow as I should have already started some things as I’m over a year in now.
I enjoy the programme as it gives me more responsibilities and learning opportunities at a quicker pace however the training is slow and could be improved on.
It is well structured as in I know what I am doing from the online learning part however sometimes actually at work I don’t get consistent training
Not that much, I feel that I should be given more responsibilities however they haven’t trained me enough to allow that so it’s slowing things down when I feel it shouldn’t have.
My training provider and tutor are great, I have no faults with them as they get back to me quickly and support me if needed.
I understand things behind the role more clearly through doing the provided coursework from the training provider however Aldi need to also do their part to contribute more I think.

For someone who likes an active job and being able to adapt and work flexible it is great and I love that however for someone wanting a quick qualification it is not the best.
Think what your end goal is and push for it
