  • It is in its early days, so not much atm.

  • It feels like it’s stuttering atm. I have had three welcome to the programme meetings where I don’t think clear tasks have been assigned yet.

  • Loads of support given from my team

  • Like I say it’s early days atm so haven’t really needed any support yet.

  • I feel it will set me apart from my colleagues and educate me in different methods within my chosen career path.
