Early years lead practitioner Review

My job role is a nursery nurse who provides excellent care to all children. I observe children to find where they are up too and support them and also plan activities for the children to learn through with both Indoor and outdoor environment for the children to learn in.

Yeah I have learnt a lot of new skills that I have taken on board alongside my day to day job role

I enjoy learning new things and looking at the theorists

It is organised I do activities before i get the assignment so I have a good understanding of what is being asked of me

I receive the support I need if i was struggling with anything then they would help me with what I was stuck on

I receive a lot I communicate with her over email and phone and she always goes above and beyond to make sure I understand what I’m doing and to offer her support where I need it

Very well it’s opened up a lot of different techniques for me to put into place for the team and also for myself
