  • I am able to put in practice the learning I gained during the programme. I got a support from my mentor that challenges me and my thinking

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I love it - it keep me engaged and motivated. I love the fact it is flexible and I can build it around my life. I can learn and work.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I have very clear, structured learning plan and have allocated Learning Coach that supports me during the programme. I always know what I should be doing and know how to find help when struggling.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I am encourage to protect my time for learning and development. My Line Manager finds time to discuss my progress.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My learning Coach always responds within 2-3 working days when I ask a questions. We schedule all meetings well in advance so I can plan my working week well.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I learnt lots and gained more experience as part of the programme requires to apply the learning into practice. I feel more confident.

  • Yes - we have different communities like GLOW we can join. We are encourage to participate in charity events and activities.
