  • As part of my job, I regularly pick up new abilities, and I'm presented with new possibilities to learn every day. Building relationships and managing people are important skills to learn because they make up a big portion of the job. Another important skill is problem solving. Both of these are constantly evolving.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Due to the fantastic opportunities it provides that I would not otherwise have, I really love the apprenticeship course. • 9a. Would you recommend Mace to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • The Mace Group is a fantastic place to work and provides excellent chances for you to develop your talents in whatever field you are interested in. They truly value and care about you as a person, not simply another worker. Due to the senior leadership team's active participation in the apprenticeship programme, you are given possibilities that many others will not.

  • Genuine passion, drive, and an eagerness to learn are qualities that Mace look for in job candidates. When it comes time for the interview, your hard work and research will be rewarded. They dont want somebody who already have all the answers; rather, they want someone who will put forth the most effort to become the finest version of themselves.
