  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I develop systems, tools, documentation and processes that will support reporting on capacity and activity management. I maintain and evolve an activity tracker and reporting tools providing accurate Management Intelligence of all planned activity and presenting available options for optimising the programming of activity into the Retail division. I evalulate and analyse different types of complex data objectively and sees patterns and meaning to establish the key relevant facts. Use this thinking to make credible recommendations to inform critical decision making. Interpret evidence and information to develop well reasoned arguments for thinking and readily draw on evidence to justify a chosen course of action. Can think clearly when presented with multiple pieces of information and gets to the nub of an issue in order to make a well informed judgement.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The training programme was very well structured and designed with engagement in mind throughout. The knowledge was delivered through a combination of Powerpoint slides, interactive labs and Socrative knowledge assessments. The end of each day and section included a quick Q & A interactive quiz, there was also a more in-depth recap on the previous day's material at the start of each new day. You were encouraged to ask questions throughout. I would highly recommend attending one of these courses

  • I received as much support as I needed from my employer. My line mangaer would support me with ensuring I had the time free to work on my apprenticeship.
