  • my role is to ensure a positive customer experience. On a daily basis, this involves responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer concerns, and providing assistance throughout their interaction with the company. I proactively monitor customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and work with management to develop processes and strategies to enhance the customer experience. I also evaluate customer satisfaction survey feedback to ensure that our customers are getting a positive experience. Additionally, I help build customer loyalty by educating customers about our services and product offerings.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have certainly developed several of my existing skills since entering the customer service profession. Building relationships has become an essential skill for this type of role, and I have been able to enhance this by mastering active listening, empathizing with customers, and adjusting my communication style based on customer preferences and backgrounds. Additionally, I have also sharpened my problem-solving and analytical skills, as well as my writing and organizational skills. I have also had the chance to learn new software programs and processes which have helped me to stay up to date with the latest advancements in customer service.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I adore both my job and my programme. Being a Market Service allows me to contact with a variety of people and learn about a range of sectors, which is really fulfilling. I appreciate collaborating with the various teams and expanding my product expertise. I also enjoy the challenges and problem-solving that come with each day. Planning, strategizing, and integrating marketing strategies to increase client acquisition and revenue is tremendously fulfilling.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Every activity and task is documented in an organized and logical way, ensuring that I am able to keep track of all my tasks, deadlines and objectives. In addition, my program is divided into different sections which makes it easier to refer back to and understand what I have already covered and what needs to be completed. The team at my company have been very supportive and accommodating, allowing me to solve any difficulties I encounter in a timely and efficient manner.

  • I receive an immense amount of support from my employer. They have been extremely understanding and accommodating when it comes to the demands of my position and are always willing to help me with any queries I may have. Additionally, they provide me with the necessary resources and tools needed to carry out my job and enable me to have efficient and successful outcomes. They are always readily available to provide helpful advice and feedback as well which is very reassuring.

  • have received excellent support from my training provider. They provide me with numerous resources to enhance my learning and understanding of the topics we are covering. They are very knowledgeable and always willing to provide assistance and advice, whether it’s related to course content or career development. They also make sure to keep me up to date on the latest industry developments, ensuring I am equipped with the necessary information to excel in my industry.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification I received through my training provider has been incredibly helpful in my role. I have a deeper understanding of market trends, customer engagement, and marketing strategies, all of which are essential elements of my job. It has also enabled me to develop valuable organizational and analytical skills which have allowed me to better analyze customer feedback and develop more effective strategies. Additionally, the qualification gave me a great foundation of knowledge which I have been able to build upon and utilize in my role.

  • Yes, there are a wide variety of extra-curricular activities available. My company regularly hosts social activities such as holiday parties and team-building events. We also have an employee sports team which meets up to play a variety of different sports. Additionally, we often participate in professional networking events such as local job fairs, industry conferences, and panels. All of these activities are a great way to meet new people and foster relationships with colleagues and potential customers.
