  • As a HR Advisor my role consists of onboarding, changes in terms and conditions, payroll and pension changes.

  • I have learnt new skills during my course, it gave me opportunities to move around the business learning new skills and areas

  • I enjoyed the programme, the college sessions online where great, The struggle was the working hours in your working day.

  • The programme was well organised, all college days where as stated, the final pathway was as prepared for

  • My employer was very supportive, my manager in the office mainly helped and supported me with each section of the course

  • My training provider was good. They did not check in so much throughout the course and towards the end. I reached out to my provider on a few occasions with a swift response.

  • I perform better in my role as I have learnt about the wider parts of HR - including the employment law and recruitment

  • There is lots of events and activities including community days, charity events, recruitment days out. We also have football teams

  • It is a good friendly place to work for. A lot ids done for charities and the well being of staff

  • Go for all opportunities provided there is lots of different paths you can take and areas to progress in
