  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoyed the programme a lot. Collaborating with other marketing professionals was my favourite part of the apprenticeship. Bouncing and learning more ideas with a group of people equally as passionate. The knowledge and support from the trainers were fantastic. They would always go the extra mile to make sure you fully understood the module whilst challenging you to help you grow.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme was very well organised and split into full-day online workshops once a month. The assignments were to be completed within that period. I sometimes felt that the assignments had a little too short of a deadline but they paid off with an early finish. They had an online platform to record all of our work which helped a lot too.

  • The support I receive from my employer is fantastic. They have really given me the exposure to learn every aspect of the KSBs within my standard, even making adaptations to their roles to help me with this. They give me the time and support to complete assignments and OTJ training and make sure i am directly implementing this back into my role.
