  • In my role as a Service Manager i am in charge of a workshop with 5 technicians and also a service advisor and warranty controller. Maintain a high level of working standards and achieve monthly KPI's. Deal with customer complaints/queries.

  • I did find at some points throughout the year the programme very stressful with personal and in work reasons
