  • I’ve learnt how to do the job of a store assistant but in regards to management I haven’t really learnt much.

  • It’s okay- I think there are some areas that can be improved upon and some areas which are ok.

  • I don’t feel the qualification accounts for anything. The training isn’t particularly relevant or specific to an Aldi environment
