    • communication skills have improved have to work a lot as a team

    • hours can be long at times and work can be hard but nice people who are supportive to help get throygh this

    • programme is structured well but sometimes little guidance on next steps etc

    • receive support from individuals but employer can sometimes be slow with responses

    • little support, not enough study leave and long wokring hours so little time to revise in the evenings

    • qualification helps build knowledge which i use in my day to day role

    • good company and can gain lots of experience fast, lots of scope to gain experience in other departments
