  • I found some of the work repetitive but enjoyed some topics more than others.

  • Minimal, did most of it in my own time, they were not interested in what I was doing.

  • A great deal, they were brilliant and kept me on track, motivating me.

  • So much better. I can speak to people easily and lead my team better. I am aware of what good leadership brings to the unit and why we all need it.
