  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy it very much, I am very happy in my role and from the minute I met my team I felt comfortable as they kept on reassuring me that they are here to help me and they would always tell me "no question is a silly question" My team are very supportive when I need help with something or if I am unsure of anything and they are always there to help. My Line managers as well are amazing no matter how busy they are they will always make time to tune in with me and see how I am doing and if I need any support from them etc. The learning side of my apprenticeship is great I have learnt so many new things about excel specifically which is really handy with all the reports I pull from day to day.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My team is very organised in things like tasks we need to do we have this shared Kanban board where everyone is assigned a tasks they need to complete but other than that we know in the team who specialises/ who has a more understanding in something like Data for example. I also have a weekly 1-2-1 sessions with my Line manager where we catch on things I have been working on this past week as well as things I will be working on. We also discuss if I have finding anything difficult and how my line manager and the team can help support me. The structure of the learning side it also very organised as once a month I have a module/workshop with my apprenticeship coach and he set's us assignments that are usually due when we have a monthly 1-2-1 coaching sessions where we go through the assignment and see how I can improve it etc.
