  • I really enjoy my programme since being in communications as my manager is supportive

  • My manager is very supportive and is a great leader who is down to earth and helps with any work

  • Fair - Some tutors are very supportive however some are not. Work based learning tutor is very supportive who answers any queries fast

  • I have learnt what a leader is and how it differs from a manager. I can use this when working in my role
