  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have developed my IT skills. It has given me the confidence to push myself harder and given me confidence in presenting skills which is very useful when trying to get my ideas across. I now take on a lot more responsibilty and thrive on it. It has given me the oportunity to put myself in the job I wanted to be with the skills to shine

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the programme and the workshops. It helped me to come out of myself by having to interact with other students, hearing their ideas and sharing experiences

  • At first I loved it. I have gone through 3 tutors as they left for new jobs and this made me lose my way a little bit but my final tutor has been very understanding and supportive

  • My employer is behind me 110% and pushes me to achieve the greatest level assuring me every step of the way that I can do it, I couldnt ask for a better manager

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • It started great and as I described previously became a little sporadic as I went through serveral tutors. It has settled down now and she is fantastic and very helpfula nd supportive

  • It has given me more confidence to push myself and believe in myself and my ability
