  • I do the job of a store assistant. This involves stocking shelves, doing deliveries and being on the tills interacting with customers.

  • I have found that I have become more confident when talking to customers, and I am learning how to be more organised/efficient with my time

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • There was some problems to start with to get the apprenticeship going but once these were sorted out with the training provider and the store it has been easier for me to get things done.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • At the start there was not any clear structure and I was behind on tasks but now I am back on track for completing them for the deadline. However I am still behind on off the job training hours.

  • They allow me time within the week to complete the tasks for my apprenticeship.

  • If I have any questions about the tasks I need to complete or my work, I am able to easily get in touch with them for help

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It has given me a bigger understanding of how retail organisations operate and how I as a store assistant can help them achieve better.

  • There is sometimes competitions through the MyAldi app. But other than not I am not sure there is

  • Yes

  • I enjoy working with the people there as you can have a laugh while also knowing that we will get tasks done


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?
  • Be yourself and show that when interacting with people that you can put a smile on there face especially because you will be interacting with customers a lot
