  • I am a CAD technician, meaning I work with digital design software to put together engineering drawings for my team.

  • Yes, chiefly my proficiency with computer aided design software.

  • I enjoy my programme very much, the work is challenging and varied, and I feel a constant sense of progression throughout my work.

  • Very well structured, with two years of day release to college, and a third year working on my professional portfolio.

  • Any and all support needed, especially training programme approval.

  • All support required, such as funding for training that is directly relevant to my qualifications.

  • My qualifications provide a foundation of knowledge which helps with progressing in my work.

  • Yes there are. Social events, sports days, and networking events. There are also apprentice-specific training events which I greatly enjoy.
