I was able to continue doing the work I enjoy whilst learning new knowledge and skills and gaining a further degree.
I found the university lacked structured and the university staff were unsure of their role in the apprenticeship program as it was a new program.
I received good support from my employer, they recommend I apply for the course and gave me time to complete the course.
The support was mixed, I found the course lacked structure and the university were unable to fully apprenticeship students for nursing course.
I was unable to progress in my career without this training.
