    • Spent the last year at university at the University of Hull, joining back into the business currently and starting to perform software tasks for the team. There is a Daily Summary meeting (DSUM) where progress and issues are discussed with others in the team.

    • Recruitment of apprenticeship staff (NVD) is ridiculously long, meaning that apprentices don't get NVD marked delaying there apprenticeship
