Programme managing the implementation of more functionality of the NHS electronic staff record (ESR), which includes managing staff.
I was employed in my role prior to starting my degree, within my role I am constantly learning new skills and developing existing, by transferring the theory learnt at university into practice.
Mostly I enjoy the university programme, however there are aspects which are very detailed but will never be of use to me, in the depths they are taught.
It is well structed, as we were told all the dates for the 3 years prior to starting the course. It is not always the most organised though.
I have had a lot of managers since starting my programme, and the amount of support has purely depended on my management at the time.
Not a lot of support offered outside of the learning days.
I am able to use the theory taught to learn thoroughly in practice, therefore performing better in my role.
There are plenty offered.

It is generally a great place to work.
