Administration - dealing with patient enquiries on the telephone and email. booking, rescheduling, cancelling appointments. Responding to emails.
I have learnt more about how a business operates, I used presentation skills, finding out information
I was a valuable experience and helped me to achieve a qualification.
Very well organised, I had regular meetings via MS Teams with my tutor to get support along the way
Not much to be honest. I was given time to attend meetings but my employer much input unfortunately.
I had lots of support from the training provider, especially for maths , gave me extra support although my employer learner gave me support for dyscalcia which is a problem with numbers and I was given extra time to complete the maths part of the course.
It has helped me to gain more confidence and experience in working practices
