This has been very helpful and I have developed and learnt new skills which I constantly use in my day and day life as a manager and leader. Will do another apprenticeship for sure to increase my knowledge in other areas. Close to completing my CIMA level 5.
I truly enjoy getting to know others from different organisations and sectors; this helps see things from different perspective, gain new skills which are useful in my daily life and has a positive impact on my team and the organisation I work for.
Programme was truly structured and organised, given us deadline to complete activities, invites to join online meetings, 1-2-1 support monthly meetings, and group sessions to share ideas and support each other.
Employer has been supportive as I have been given a day a week to focus on my apprenticeship in order to achieve requirement. New project assigned in order to complete assignments and practice what I have been taught.
Training provider has been a massive support in my journey to achieve qualification. 1-2-1 support, group sessions, and additional support via emails and many more.
As a new Business Manager, this apprenticeship help me understand how to better lead team, support organisation, share best practice, understanding individual communication skills, evaluate projects and manage finance
Yes, there were extra-curricular activities and networking events with our stakeholders, charity companies and many more
Yes
It has been an eye opener and a massive support in my role as a manager and anyone would benefit from improving skills and knowledge
My advice is carefully understand their role to help them choose the right apprenticeship which will help them develop new skills and deal with challenges in the right way.
