  • On my day to day basis I am using technology to fulfill the needs of my clients

  • Yes I have. I also have the option to learn skills that may not directly apply to the work that I do, so I am able to broaden my skillset on what interests me as well as what would help me in the work that I do.

  • I am enjoying the programme very well. I am getting along with my team well , which I think helps to enhance my experience

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • very well structured. I have a timetable that shows when I will be studying and I have time off to complete this study. This can become flexible if required, so it's not too strict.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive lots of support from my employer including regular counsellor sessions with an experienced manager to discuss my career progress and where I would like my career to go. I also get time to study for any exams that I have due.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I have much support from my training provider in the form of in person classroom sessions, online classroom sessions and asking questions through e-mails if necessary.

  • It increases my knowledge in relevant subjects, which helps me better understand the work that I am doing.

  • There are many networking events and social activities that you can get involved with. These networking events can happen in various locations and there are many sports events that can be done such as table tennis.

  • Yes

  • The support that the company gives in regards to studying in order to ensure that you are able to pass the exams. Also, how flexible the working is and the connections that you are able to make throughout the term here.

  • Try to be confident and do some research on the company.
