    • Good structure, the online platform can be a bit tricky at times though

    • Lifetime has been really helpful and supportive

    • It has given me tools and techniques for questioning myself and making more considered decisions. That's not to say I now do things completely differently, but it has given me the chance to have more balance in my conclusions

    • yes, we often have away days and have a team entered into a local dragon boat race
