  • I receive training on the job to prepare me for a management role. I gain experience that provides me with good examples to use in my coursework and my learning gives me the extra training I can use in my work to excel.

  • The comany is competing very well in the retail sector so they are always hiring. It's a secure job that offers many chances to progress your career and they pay very well compared to most retailers.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?
  • Make sure you are prepared to push yourself to your limits and work hard. You will need to work under pressure and under time limits to efficiently run the store each day.
