I receive training on the job to prepare me for a management role. I gain experience that provides me with good examples to use in my coursework and my learning gives me the extra training I can use in my work to excel.
I have learned how to manage people and have been given the freedom to use my initiative when managing the store. I have had chances to learn how to use many different kinds of technology to improve my customer service.
I enjoy learning about the different modules within retail management but woul like if they coul be more blended into my workplace role.

The comany is competing very well in the retail sector so they are always hiring. It's a secure job that offers many chances to progress your career and they pay very well compared to most retailers.
Make sure you are prepared to push yourself to your limits and work hard. You will need to work under pressure and under time limits to efficiently run the store each day.
