  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • working with Oxford Health NHS are very supportive with any help i need. Very understanding and supportive, couldn't have asked for better employer. However, the structure and content taught at Coventry university isnt always as good as it could be. I travel from oxford to London once a week during semester, which is expensive ( not reimburse) and sometimes the content is only taught for a couple hours and could be done online to assist with reducing costs. during our first year we also have a long break between semester 2 and year 2 semester one, this could be reduced so we could finish the course earlier.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • if i email teachers, it normally takes along time to hear back, and when i do its not always as helpful as it could be. The teachers often are not aware of the content they are teaching until the day before which is clear during lessons as sometimes when they are asked a question by a student they dont know the answer and dont come back with the answer at a later date.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    8/10

  • 9a. Would you recommend NHS to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • the staff are always so kind and try to do their best with limited resources. I work in the NHS and can see how hard the staff work and how exhausted they are due to limited staff, and high demanding patients due to the nature of the work.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NHS?
  • be honest and show compassion and passion towards your team and patients. Patients are always first priority, and showing you are able to think holistically and out of the box with new ideas. Being able to liaise with external providers for further support for the patient.
