  • In my role, I am responsible for planning and executing various marketing campaigns, events, and other promotional activities to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

  • The skills I have acquired have been invaluable such as event planning, budget management, data analysis, and communication. This has helped me gain confidence which I was massively lacking.

  • The programme has been rewarding yet challenging. Working whilst learning is definitely a benefit as I can put it into practice and see the rewards for my efforts.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) lacks organisation and communication and is very much geared around undergrads. The degree apprentices are forgotten about.

  • My employer has been a great help and support. Without their ongoing support, I feel I would have left the programme halfway through.

  • Very little support has been offered from MMU.

  • I feel being able to put what I have learned into practice straight away is very rewarding.

  • Yes. They are very eager to connect people in all different ways.

  • Research the organisation thoroughly: Before applying to Manchester Foundation Trust, take the time to learn as much as you can. Look at their website, social media profiles, and any other resources you can find to get a sense of their mission, values, and the types of work they do.
