    • very rewarding, great courses and great teachers. this allows the trainee to gain and expand the knowledge he/she could gain

    • yes the competency program allows you to gain extensive knowledge. training on the job can allow for on site experience. which allows for an expansive wealth of knowledge to be gained, which further helps in their future career

    • this program has brought myself a lot of happiness. and opened doors

    • one of the best programs around, cannot recommend it more

    • a wealth of knowledge due to courses and on site experiance

    • they pay for all qualifications required within the course. and allow for expansive help from colleagues

    • allowed for safe and rewarding work, which can be applied to other walks of life.

    • you can apply for work related awards which further allows you to make connections in the engineering world
