  • On a day to day basis my role consists of carrying out brief screening assessments on patients as well as conducting treatments

  • Yes I have learnt SO many skills and I have also developed on my confidence, listening skills, empathy. A new skill I have learnt is patience and resilience

  • I enjoy the programme a lot, the only difficulty is the intensity of the workload and programme combined

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is very well organised and structured, however some of the modules could do with swapping over to provide more time for us to carry out certain modules. Such as recordings etc.

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I recieve a lot of support from the training provider too. I have 1:1 tutorials with my tutor when I am unsure of certain things which is great.

  • It has a massive impact, I have learnt a lot through my qualification that has definitely helped me perform better in my role

  • Yes there are opportunities for social events such as monthly drinks, and going for walks etc.

  • Yes

  • The work culture is great. Managers and colleagues are all very supportive and welcoming and I never feel uncomfortable to ask questions

  • It is a great idea, great company
