I am now 3 months into my apprenticeship with Oxford Health an thoroughly enjoying it. The on-line sessions are well planned and I am learning so much from attending them. I can not rate my assessor (Tracey) highly enough! She is supportive, patient, and helps me through each step.
I feel I learn and develop my skills with each session I attend. Learning more about myself, my preferences, how to work in partnership with other services and organisations and how to self reflect.
I hugely enjoy the programme and will look to complete another one once this is finished.
The programme is very well organised and I know what I will be working on in advance. I have time for self-study and the sessions themselves are well planned and imformative.
I am very well supported by my employer and my line manager and colleagues always check in with me about my progress and make sure I get plenty of time to complete my sessions and self-study.
I am well supported by my provider and have regular 1-2-1 sessions to discuss my progress.
I feel that it is already helping me in my role, looking at situations differently and being more open minded. I hope this will continue throughout the course.
There are no social activities, unless organised locally with my team but I attend plenty of webinars and groups for networking and additional learning.
