my role is to carry out diagnostic tests on patients with suspected/confirmed heart problems. we do ECG's, blood pressure monitoring and 24 hour ECG monitors aswell as analysis.
Ive developed lots of new skills such as confidence, team work, compassion and knowledge.
I enjoy coming to work in a morning as no day is the same
It is well organised, if we have a member of staff off suddenly then it can be a little stressful changing the rota but all in all i usually know each day what i am doing at the start of the week
my boss is amazing, she gives me lots of study sessions and she helps me with my work
i get the time and support i need
it gives a better understanding and also makes me more confident as the more knowledge i gain the more confident i feel in meeting and helping patients
i have horses so i am busy but our work has a gym and i attend networking events and training days
Yes
