  • compared to other hospitality businesses i find the hours reasonable, pay above minimum, moderately good support from higher ups and work ethic is strong


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Marston's?
  • don't be scared to ask questions, there is alot of training provided for all roles within the business, and not having a certain qualification doesn't mean you wouldn't be suitable to work there
