  • Stacking shelves, working on tills, tidying the store, engaging with customers, cleaning up an spillages/breakages.

  • Learned how to do price cards (changing them or adding them), developed customer service skills, learnt more about a business runs (general hasn't been applied to ALDI)

  • I enjoy it but feel like it could be more hands on as opposed to learning all day on a computer.

  • It is well structured and organised. I feel the topics flow well in the order and it is good how it tests knowledge at the end of each module

  • I feel like I could get more support but at the same time I could reach out more to ask for the help.

  • I get a lot of help and support from my mentor when we have our team meetings and face to face sessions.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It helps me gain a better understanding of the business side to companies. It has also taught me things that I need to consider that I didn't think of before coming onto the apprenticeship.

  • You are not doing the exact same job everyday, it will be similar but something different is always going on. Team members are really friendly.
