I am an Employment Advisor, and my job role is about helping participants into sustainable work through our Health and work programme.

Yes, I have learnt and developed several new skills and behaviours on being an effective Team leader and supervisor, motivation, building high performing team to name but a few.

I enjoyed the programme immensely and I would recommend it to any individual looking to improve on their management skills

The programme was very structured and my Tutor, was very supportive and knew how to motivate, me to bring out the best in me and the experience.

I received a lot of support from my employer Reed in Partnership

I received excellent support from the training provider Paragon Skills.

I would say, being your most authentic self allows you to go through the application process and interviews which are always structured and they do give good feedback as well
