I support children and young people in their day to day lives. This can include taking them to school and college, helping them with day to day tasks, doing activities and supporting them with seeing their families and friends

All of the different teams work well together and offer a lot of support

I feel like I am a lot more knowledgeable already and my understanding of how best to support the young people I care for has developed massively

We have the opportunity to take part in activities whilst at work with our team and the young people

I have been offered a range of opportunities whilst working here and my experience and knowledge I have gained has been extremely useful to me

Make sure that you are kind and compassionate and you will go far. It is a job like no other
